I had seen a clarinet drawn using only song lyrics once, and I wanted to try something like it. I love the book and the play "WICKED" so this was a perfect blend. The face was done with prismacolors. The outline for the body was drawn first, the lyrics penciled in, then inked and scanned. Then the quote was typed in. The little CF symbol is a version of my special signature, which wasn't on either of my first submissions

O_O That is one of the coolest things i have ever seen!! i'm totally obsessed with WICKED and a friend showed me this...neat! definitely a fave. i love all those songs by the way. :D :D :D :glomp:

just to let you know tho.....the line is..."It's time to trust my instincts" but maybe u changed it due to spacial reasons...and also "when I meet the wizard...instead of once"...i hope u dont hate me for the comment! I still think it's breathtaking!

I know. I realized afterwards that some of the lyrics were off. I was very sad. However I was doing it all from memory, and at the time I didn't have the song memorized quite right. Ah well.
